Nanny Needed

Im looking for someone who can provide, reliable care while I work and attend nursing school. During the school year, she'll attend Head Start and the PIP program at a local elementary school, so transportation (mostly afternoon pickup) is required. Im looking for someone who will encourage communication (she is speech delayed), engage her in age-appropriate educational activities (letters, numbers, reading, arts & crafts), outdoor play/park outings, and help push her developmentally. Experience with autism or speech delayed kids is strongly preferred.
