Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for hands-on care for myself in my 70s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Need to be strong to help change diapers and turn patient in bed. Non chatty.
