Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Arlington. We need this person to be able to pick up from school 3-4 times a week between 2:45-5 p.m. We would prefer someone who could help out with homework. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who has college degree.
