The Conway Penmac Staffing office is recruiting for a Panel Builder in Conway, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with electrical wiring experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. If you enjoy hands-on assembly work and take pride in building quality products, this could be the right fit for you.
Requirements for the Panel Builder- Previous electrical wiring experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints and specifications
- Route, connect, and terminate electrical wiring components
- Install electrical devices, switches, relays, and related components
- Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
- Competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour
- Four-day work week with Fridays off
