What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow production specifications and work instructions
- Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production and quality data accurately
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with equipment such as CNC mills and lathes, presses, grinders, sandblasters, polishing equipment, and hand tools
Qualifications
About You / What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and accurately document information
- A reliable, safety-first approach to work
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not essential
- CNC machining experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills

- 3rd shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
