PRODUCTION WORKER - Now Hiring

Our client, a global leader in power generation and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Production Technician III to join their team. As a Production Technician III, you will play a key role in assembling and testing diesel-powered generator systems that help power businesses, communities, and critical infrastructure around the world. You will be part of the Power Generation Assembly Team supporting production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician III
Location: Seguin, TX
Pay Range: Based on Experience

What's the Job?

• Build and assemble diesel generator systems used to power critical operations around the world.
• Perform quality checks, torque audits, leak tests, and visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Read schematics, part prints, and assembly instructions to verify proper alignment and installation of components.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across departments.
• Train and mentor new team members while supporting daily production and safety objectives.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience or a related technical degree.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use standard assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents and work instructions in English.
• Experience working with standard operating procedures and maintaining a strong safety focus.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and utilize computer and tablet-based systems.
• Ability to continuously climb up and down ladders, reach overhead, and work in physically demanding environments throughout the shift.
