What You Will Do (Job Duties):

• Fabricate and assemble high-quality products according to technical specifications.
• Safely and efficiently utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Operate production machinery and specialized industrial equipment safely and responsibly.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure strict quality control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to optimize daily workshop efficiency.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: Entry-level welcome; 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus.
• Skills: Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to skillfully use common hand and power tools.
• Blueprints: Ability to read—or quickly learn to interpret—blueprints and technical drawings.
• Traits: Strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive assembly tasks precisely, and lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 40 lbs] as needed.
