Lead Carpenter

Job Summary

Delta Construction & Renovation LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial construction, excellent craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Build, install, and repair framing, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other structures.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Install siding, decking, drywall backing, and finish carpentry components.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify and report any job site issues or material shortages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
