Reach Truck Operator Cold Storage

• (2) First Shift Reach Truck Operators
• (1) Second Shift Reach Truck Operator

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve palletized products within a refrigerated warehouse.
• Load, unload, stage, and replenish inventory while maintaining productivity standards.
• Pick and transport customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures and product rotation practices.
• Work efficiently in a cold storage environment, following all food safety and company policies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck operating experience required.
• Previous experience working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse is required.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
