Focus Physical Therapy is looking for an energetic, dependable Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced physical therapists in a fun, fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists with patient care, including setting up equipment and ensuring a clean and organized treatment area.
- Support patients during exercises and treatments, providing encouragement and ensuring safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient exercise records.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in physical therapy or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
- Part-time, flexible hours. Availability to work mornings and/or afternoons.
