Electrical Panel Assembler Compensation: pay $20.00/hr; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Electrical Panel Assembler Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability:
Summer Hours (through 9/5): Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Non-summer hours: Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Breaks: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch

Electrical Panel Assembler Responsibilities

• Review build sheets and production documentation
• Assemble electrical plates and enclosures per build prep instructions
• Install electrical components/controllers per documentation and prints
• Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification
• Follow quality standards and safety requirements; maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support coworkers and assist with other duties as assigned

Electrical Panel Assembler Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Electrical Panel Assembler Preferred Qualifications

• Technical/vocational training (plus)
• Ability to read/follow prints or wiring diagrams (plus)
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience (plus)
