Sous Chef

We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our fast-paced, scratch kitchen. If you're passionate about fresh, seasonal cuisine and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Lead, coach, and develop BOH team members
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Cook on the line and lead by example during service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Management experience
• Scratch kitchen and high-volume experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
