As a hospice CNA, you will become an essential part of an interdisciplinary team committeed to providing exceptional end-of-life care in the comfort of pur patients' homes. Every visit is an opportunity to bring comfort, preserve dignity, and make a lasting difference.

What you'll do

  • Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Monitor and report chanes in patients' conditions to the supervising Registered Nurse.
  • Support patients and families with kindness, respect and empathy.
  • Assist in maintiaing a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
  • Accurately document patient care and communicate effectively with the hospice team.
  • Travel throughout Las Animas and Huerfano Counties to provide in-home hospice care.
