Residential Electrician

Seeking a Residential Electrician for work in the Fort Myers Beach, FL area

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience performing residential electrical trim work.
• Experience working on residential, custom homes, luxury residences, and large residential remodels.
• Proficient in installing and finishing electrical devices during the trim phase, including switches, receptacles, dimmers, GFCIs, USB outlets, and specialty devices.
• Experienced installing decorative lighting fixtures, recessed lighting, chandeliers, pendant lights, sconces, ceiling fans, under-cabinet lighting, and landscape lighting.
• Ability to install and terminate electrical panels, breakers, devices, and final electrical connections.
• Capable of reading and interpreting residential blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local residential electrical codes.
• Experience troubleshooting trim-out issues, testing circuits, and ensuring systems are ready for final inspection.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and electrical diagnostic tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce clean, high-quality finish work in occupied and high-end residential environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying jobsite conditions.

40 hours a week.

First project is a week long with roll over to the next project

Pay is $25-30 BOE
