⚡ Electrical Panel & Pneumatic Assembly Technician
Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time

We're looking for an Electrical Panel & Pneumatic Assembly Technician to join a growing team supporting the assembly, testing, and installation of industrial control systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, reading schematics, and building quality products, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Build, wire, test, and install electrical control panels.
  • Assemble electrical panels to UL508A standards.
  • Build pneumatic assemblies using engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Test, label, and inspect completed assemblies before shipment or installation.
  • Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Support equipment builds, installations, and customer projects.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, panel building, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with shop equipment such as drill presses, cut-off saws, grinders, tapping machines, and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.


Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical training, trade school, or related electrical experience.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or control panel assembly.


Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 70 lbs. as needed.
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial environments.
