Building Automation Controls Technician - Automated Logic / Carrier

Are you experienced with Automated Logic, WebCTRL, EIKON, ViewBuilder, or Carrier i-Vu?

We are recruiting experienced Building Automation / HVAC Controls professionals for a well-established and rapidly growing DFW company. This is an opportunity for someone who already understands commercial building controls and wants to join an organization where that experience is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Install, program, troubleshoot, and service commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Work with Automated Logic WebCTRL and/or Carrier i-Vu
• Program and troubleshoot HVAC/DDC controllers
• Perform system start-up, point-to-point checkout, and commissioning
• Build or modify BAS graphics and control sequences
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment including AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, chillers, sensors, and actuators
• Read control drawings, schematics, and sequences of operation

• Carrier i-Vu / i-Vu Pro
• Automated Logic Controls (ALC)
• DDC / Building Automation Systems
• BACnet

What We're Looking For

2+ years of commercial BAS / HVAC controls experience preferred.

Direct Automated Logic or Carrier controls experience is highly desirable, but experienced controls professionals coming from platforms such as Johnson Controls, Trane, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Distech, Alerton, or similar systems are also encouraged to apply.

This is not a residential HVAC position. We are specifically looking for candidates with commercial controls, automation, programming, commissioning, or BAS troubleshooting experience.

Compensation

$35–$50/hour, depending on BAS controls experience and technical skill level.

Senior programmers and highly experienced Automated Logic / Carrier controls professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
