Sit-Down Forklift Operators

Luxor Staffing is hiring Sit Down Forklift Operators paying $18.50-$18.75 per hour with 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

• 2nd Shift: 2pm to 10pm Tuesday-Saturday (must be able to work weekends)
• 3rd Shift: 10pm to 6am Monday-Friday (must be able to work weekends)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, push-pull or other powered equipment
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment
• Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Performs picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards
• Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
• Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security

Requirements:

• At least 3 months forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment
• This position is responsible for operating a sit-down and/or clamp forklift equipment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction.
