Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-time, In-person

Job summary

Seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to handle civil rights, governmental/municipal defense, labor & employment, and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from investigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and appeals.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
• Manage deadlines and multiple active matters.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license
• 3–6 years of substantive litigation experience
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
