Job Opportunity – X-Ray/CT Technologist – Iowa

Schedule: Varied shifts with shared weekend call rotation. Call schedule is divided among 4 technologists, typically requiring 2 weekend days every 4 weeks (24, 36, or 48-hour shifts). Weekend call typically runs Saturday 7:00 AM – Sunday 7:00 AM or Sunday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM. Occasional weekday overnight coverage from 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM as needed. Sleep room and shower facilities available onsite. Holiday coverage required if scheduled.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of current X-Ray and CT Technologist experience required
• Active ARRT (R) (CT) certification required
• Iowa Radiology License required
• IV Start experience required
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association required
• Skills checklists for both Computed Tomography and X-Ray (current within 1 year) required
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• At least 6 months of previous travel experience highly preferred
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Availability to work overnight weekend call is mandatory
