Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)

Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday
• Weekend schedule required, dependent upon established workday schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging, with potential for additional duties to assist with operations within the ED/UC
• See patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, soft tissue neck, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Perform vascular chest imaging such as pulmonary embolism, CTA, and aorta studies
• Conduct 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction and region of interest measurements
• Prepare and administer contrast media
• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture
• Maintain radiation safety protocols
• Adhere to isolation precautions and PPE requirements
• Charting via Epic (preferred experience)
• Scrub color: Black and Teal
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Free parking available with pass distributed at start
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), SCRQSA (CT) (R)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Siemens equipment experience preferred
