• Current, active Connecticut Special Education Teacher license (SPED) along with all required certifications

• Willingness to work onsite for 35 hours per week during the contract period

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and support for students with varying abilities in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Develop lesson plans and implement differentiated teaching strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute progress reports, and maintain accurate student records
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where each learner is encouraged to achieve their best
• Engage in ongoing communication with families and caregivers regarding student progress
