Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: West Palm Beach 
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week; 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a short-term travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in West Palm Beach FL  This role focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitative care to residents, supporting mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals and exercises.

Requirements:

• Current FL PT license
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience (SNF experience preferred)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
