A full-time contract position is available for a BCBA to collaborate with elementary and middle school students, supporting their growth and development through expert behavioral interventions. This dynamic role consists of a 40-hour workweek and provides an immersive experience working within a supportive educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Minimum of one year experience providing behavioral supports in schools
  • Proficiency developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with colleagues, students, and families
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and with empathy

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies
  • Train and support school teams and classroom staff in implementing behavior plans
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and collaborate on student goals
  • Foster positive, inclusive environments that encourage every student's success
