Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum of one year experience providing behavioral supports in schools
- Proficiency developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Strong collaboration skills to work with colleagues, students, and families
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and with empathy
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Train and support school teams and classroom staff in implementing behavior plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and collaborate on student goals
- Foster positive, inclusive environments that encourage every student's success
