Physical Therapist

Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:40 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM-12:40 PM

Clinic Setting:
Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic providing patient-focused care in a collaborative environment.

Patient Information:

• Adult patient population (approximately ages 20-99)

• Treating orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and spine-related conditions

• Average caseload: 8-12 patient visits per day

• Full-time outpatient physical therapy position

• Supportive and collaborative work environment

• Private treatment spaces

• Access to modern equipment and clinical resources

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life

• Treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and spine-related conditions

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery strategies

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care

• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices

• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred

• Strong manual therapy skills

• Comfortable treating patients across a wide range of ages and conditions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to maintaining strong relationships with patients, providers, and the community
