Key Responsibilities:
Perform cable assembly, bonding, and hand soldering
Work under a microscope to assemble precision components
Read and follow drawings, work orders, and procedures
Conduct basic product testing and inspections
Maintain quality standards and production schedules
Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic computer skills
Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods
Hand soldering or assembly experience is a plus

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
