Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of production, material handling, and facility support tasks.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Support machine operators and production teams to help meet daily goals.
- Inspect materials and products for quality and report any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform general labor duties including lifting, stacking, sorting, and packaging materials.
- Assist with housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Participate in training programs and continuously develop new skills.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime when needed.

Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, farming, production, or general labor is a plus.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, or material handling equipment is beneficial.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes.
