Job SummaryDonaldson is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will operate production equipment used to manufacture filtration products, perform quality inspections, and ensure products meet customer and company standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience looking to grow with a world-class organization.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate production machines to manufacture filtration products according to specifications.
- Load and apply pleated filter media onto thermal welding and end-capping equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Utilize testing fixtures to evaluate filters for air flow, pressure, leaks, and overall performance.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on finished products and accurately document results.
- Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes to support manufacturing operations.
- Adjust machine settings, including tension, back tension, and pressure settings based on engineering specifications.
- Use Oracle ERP and other computer systems to accurately record materials, production data, and inventory transactions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet daily production goals.
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and production tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
