• Level II Trauma Center

• Large team: 350+ physicians, 1,300+ staff

Schedule

• Full-time
• Night shifts
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Manage care for critically ill ICU patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain and review medical records

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year recent Acute care ICU experience
• Certifications:
• • BLS (required)
  • ACLS (within 6 months)
  • NIHSS (within 6 months)

Units Considered

• MICU (Medical ICU)
• SICU (Surgical ICU)
• CSU (Cardiac Stepdown Unit)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $33 – $46/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: up to $25,000
• Relocation assistance: case-by-case
