MRI Technologist - ARRT Certified | 4 Days/Week | Excellent Benefits

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join its Radiology Department. This role involves performing a wide variety of MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and adherence to MRI safety standards. The technologist will work independently with limited supervision and provide imaging services for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients in a collaborative and advanced imaging environment.

Schedule

• Thursday – Sunday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 32 Hours per Week
• Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations safely and accurately.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow MRI safety protocols and screening procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers.
• Ensure quality assurance and infection control standards are maintained.
• Provide compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Registered (Required).
• MRI Registry (Required).
• Previous MRI experience in a hospital setting (Required).
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Venipuncture Certification (Required or obtained within 3 months of hire).
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Must provide two recent supervisory references.

• Competitive pay ranging from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience
