Garner, Chapel Hill & Durham, NC | In-Clinic | Full-Time
We are seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing pediatric behavioral health organization serving children with autism and their families.
We are currently hiring for immediate openings in Garner, Chapel Hill, and Durham, NC, with additional opportunities available across multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will:
•Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
•Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs.
•Analyze clinical data and make appropriate programming changes.
•Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
•Support staff through behavioral skills training, coaching, and feedback.
•Provide caregiver training and support.
•Complete required clinical documentation, progress reports, and supervision notes.
•Collaborate with other professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Feeding Therapists, and other clinical team members.
•Participate in team meetings, training, mentorship, and professional development.
•Help support the development of future clinicians.
Qualifications
Required:
•Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
•Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
•Active North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
•Good standing with the BACB.
•Experience working with children with autism.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary clinical team.
