CT Technologist (ARRT CT) - Weekend Days | New Grads Welcome!

Job Summary

We're seeking a CT Technologist (ARRT CT) to join a growing diagnostic imaging team in Hillsborough, North Carolina. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a unique 3-day weekend schedule with competitive pay, generous shift differentials, and a commitment incentive. You'll perform high-quality CT imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional diagnostic care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R) certification or registry eligible (diploma required if registry eligible).
• Advanced CT certification (ARRT CT) required or must meet employer requirements for obtaining certification.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, patient care, and technical imaging skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures according to departmental protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate identification.
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images for physician interpretation.
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow radiation safety and infection control guidelines.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Friday – Sunday
• 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• 36 hours/week

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Shift Differentials

• Weekday Evening: +15%
• Weekday Night: +20%
• Saturday/Sunday Day: +10%
• Saturday/Sunday Evening: +25%
• Saturday/Sunday Night: +30%

Sign-On Bonus / Relocation

• Up to $15,000 Commitment Incentive available for eligible full-time hires.
