Data Center Tecnician

Location: Lenoir, NC (Onsite)
Pay: $24.00–$28.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10-Hour Shifts (Saturdays typically 8 hours)
Project Duration: Through November

Overview

We are seeking Data Center Technicians (Levels I–III) to support a large-scale data center construction project in Lenoir, NC. This is an onsite opportunity for technicians with fiber installation experience who are comfortable working extended hours in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in structured cabling and fiber infrastructure who are looking to gain valuable experience on a major data center build.

Responsibilities

• Install and support fiber infrastructure within a data center environment
• Perform fiber pulling, routing, and porting activities
• Assist with cluster installations and cable management
• Follow project standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with field technicians and project leads
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting project deadlines

Requirements

• Technician Level I, II, or III experience
• Previous experience with:
• • Fiber Pulling
  • Fiber Porting
  • Cluster Installations
• Experience in structured cabling or data center environments preferred
• OSHA 10 Certification is required prior to start
• Comfortable working Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts (Saturdays are typically 8-hour shifts)
• Able to work in an active construction environment
