Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg

Location: Hudson, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $30 – $42/hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4.75/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $10K (Days) | $15K (Nights)
• Relocation assistance (case-by-case)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for Med-Surg patients
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Monitor and document patient conditions and test results
• Educate patients and families on treatment and medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license OR compact license (FL license required within 90 days)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Acute care experience required (no recent LTAC)
• BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
