Step into a rewarding opportunity guiding K-8 students and supporting their communication growth in a flexible, part-time setting for the full school year. This contracted role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in school settings, particularly those experienced with pediatric populations and diverse service delivery models.

Use your expertise in speech-language pathology, including teletherapy, and play a pivotal role in helping children achieve their full potential. You will collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Valid SLP license and, if applicable, CCC certification
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based environments
  • Comfortable supporting a caseload of K-8 students (approx. 33 learners)
  • Skillful delivery of direct and teletherapy services
  • Open to SLP-CFY candidates eager to gain supervised clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students' speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
  • Deliver engaging interventions both in-person and via teletherapy (as needed)
  • Maintain accurate documentation, track progress, and report outcomes
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
