Job Description
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to meet production and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Operate mills and other fabrication equipment as needed.
- Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain quality standards, safety procedures, and an organized work area.
- Support production schedules and quick-turn manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
- Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
- Strong blueprint-reading and technical drawing interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform precision measurements and quality inspections.
- Experience operating mills in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Doosan and Puma CNC machines.
- Fabrication and assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control experience.
- Ability to work effectively during both steady and high-production periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
