Environmental Service Attendant

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3PM - 11:30PM
Additional Requirements: Varied shifts; every other weekend and holiday required

We are seeking a dependable Environmental Services (EVS) Associate to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe hospital environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role is essential in supporting infection prevention and overall facility cleanliness.

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Follow strict infection control and sanitation procedures
• Safely handle and dispose of regular and biohazard waste
• Restock supplies such as linens, soap, and paper products
• Respond to urgent cleaning needs (spills, discharges, isolation rooms)
• May work in various areas throughout the hospital as assigned

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures
• Previous cleaning or healthcare housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

• Hospital setting with exposure to cleaning chemicals and biohazard materials (PPE provided)
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
