Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain before starting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY clinicians are also welcome
• Previous school experience or strong interest in working within K-12 educational settings
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and goal-setting for diverse learners

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for students
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans targeting each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation relating to services provided, goal attainment, and IEP meetings
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and contribute to student-centered planning
