School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Sugar Land, Texas

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting middle and high school students as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position offers a chance to bring your expertise to a welcoming educational environment in the southwest Houston area for the 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll have support in school assignments tailored to your preference for working with grades 6-8 or 10-12, and the district conveniently considers your location when making assignments.

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license and FL Licensure; must provide documentation
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to perform comprehensive SLP services, including therapy, ARDs, testing, and progress monitoring
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
• Organized and communicative, with a teamwork mindset

What you’ll do:

• Provide therapy and diagnostics in compliance with IEPs and district standards
• Conduct ARDs and collaborate closely with educators and families
• Develop and implement treatment plans for speech and language disabilities in students
• Participate actively in meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
• Complete all required credentialing, including fingerprint clearance
