Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Direct Hire)

Join a high-acuity emergency department at a large regional health system in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-service ED treats patients of all ages across medical, surgical, and behavioral health presentations — from routine care to Level 1 trauma. What to Expect

• 43-bed emergency department serving a broad and diverse patient population
• Full acuity range: basic medical to Level 1 trauma
• Medical, surgical, and mental health presentations
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong support staff

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing, ASN, or BSN required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in the ICU or Med-Surg required
• Valid Indiana RN license (or compact license)
• CPR certification required; additional certifications may be required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently; assist with up to 100 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
