Special Education Teacher in Bluffton, SC

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential
• Experience working with middle school learners in a resource room setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Skills in differentiated instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction to students with varied learning needs
• Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with parents, team members, and related service providers

• Track and report on student progress, using data to inform your teaching
