Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students' communication development with a full-time, in-person speech-language pathologist position available for the upcoming school year. As a valued SLP, you’ll provide comprehensive support to students, working directly within a dynamic educational community. You’ll collaborate with teachers and staff, designing and implementing individualized therapy plans to enhance student communication, language, and speech skills across all grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
  • School-based SLP experience or strong interest in working in a K-12 environment
  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
  • Complete assessments, screenings, and evaluations as needed
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough student records
  • Serve as a resource for school staff regarding speech and language development
