Job Description

As a valued SLP, you’ll provide comprehensive support to students, working directly within a dynamic educational community. You’ll collaborate with teachers and staff, designing and implementing individualized therapy plans to enhance student communication, language, and speech skills across all grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- School-based SLP experience or strong interest in working in a K-12 environment
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Complete assessments, screenings, and evaluations as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough student records
- Serve as a resource for school staff regarding speech and language development
