Job Description

·                     Lead and oversee all production operations across the facility

·                     Directly manage 5 Area Managers, 12 Supervisors, and 2 Production Schedulers

·                     Drive operational excellence within a non-union manufacturing environment

·                     Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and efficiency

Key Requirements

·                     BS in Engineering required

·                     Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience

·                     Demonstrated P&L management experience

·                     Proven expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
