Retail Pharmacist | Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania

A full-time Pharmacist opportunity is available in a retail setting located in Dingmans Ferry, PA. This direct hire position offers variable day and afternoon shifts, averaging 69 hours biweekly, with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the store operations team, driving associate engagement and communicating department and company strategies to pharmacy staff.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in line with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Manage and grow the pharmacy business by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Work with the pharmacy District Manager to control inventory, track sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand.
• Align department performance with key measurable metrics for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing medical-related inquiries and providing healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff; oversee training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security and resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty.
• Interact with physicians and utilize reference materials to address prescription-related concerns.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and orderly; continuously review and develop department personnel to improve performance and control labor costs.
• Prioritize and complete pharmacy department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
