Registered Nurse - Up to $25K Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

As a Med-Surg RN, you will provide direct patient care to a diverse acute care population. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Shift: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (FL required within 90 days if compact)
• Must have acute care RN experience (NO recent LTAC experience accepted)
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4.75/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
