Job Description
Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a steady job with competitive pay? We're hiring a Forklift Operator to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and safely.
In this role, you'll operate a sit-down forklift, move materials throughout the warehouse, load and unload trucks, and help maintain accurate inventory records. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Safely operate a sit-down forklift throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks and shipments
- Move materials and products to the correct warehouse locations
- Use the warehouse inventory system to track products and materials
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues
- Keep your forklift clean and in good working condition
- Count inventory and verify product quantities
- Read scales and measurements accurately when handling products
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including inventory checks and cleaning
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
- Previous forklift experience (1 year preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience (1 year preferred)
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to accurately count products and materials
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Current forklift certification
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Inventory control experience
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience loading and unloading trailers
Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

This is a Contract position based out of Woodhull, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
