Position Highlights

• Full-Time Permanent Position
• Available Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Competitive Pay: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4.75/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Days) | Up to $15,000 (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Med/Surg setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain and review patient records, test results, and care plans

Requirements

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN Preferred)
• Acute Care RN Experience Required
• Recent LTAC-only experience will not be considered
• BLS Certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
• Must be available for onsite interviews
