Warehouse Associate

• Supervise all incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments.
• Ensure inbound shipments are unloaded promptly and stored in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Verify outbound shipments by matching products to customer Purchase Orders before loading.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to warehouse helpers.
• Monitor employee attendance and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse at all times.
• Ensure company safety procedures and warehouse standards are followed.
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as business needs require.

• Previous experience supervising or managing warehouse operations is required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and Purchase Order verification.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
