Chesterfield/Richmond VA - CDL CLASS-A Regional Drivers

This data infrastructure allows us to put "SAFETY FIRST" for our drivers, proactively identifying road risks, minimizing fatigue, and protecting you on every mile driven.

We operate brand-new top-of-the-line equipment integrated with industry-leading telematics like GEOTAB ELD and Netradyne smart cameras. We utilize efficient slip-seating (2 drivers per truck) out of the Richmond/Chesterfield Virginia area to keep our fleet moving safely and our drivers happy.

Employment Type and Compensation

• Job Type: Full-Time, W2 Employee position.
• Starting Pay: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly pay cycle with reliable direct deposit.
• Upward Bound Mobility and growth opportunities: Based upon performance and experience, we will offer collateral roles as driver-trainer/yard captains (2 days yard management / 2 days driving) support roles, overtime opportunities, to build a pathway into compliance, operations, and fleet management team careers

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a valid Medical Card.
• Safety Record: Clean driving record with zero violations within the last 3 years.
• Tech Safety: Comfortable Operating in a safety-first environment with GEOTAB and Netradyne camera systems.

Preferred Qualifications (High Priority):

• Previous Amazon Freight or Amazon network driving experience
• Previous Intermodal freight driving experience.
• Prior experience driving with Netradyne safety cameras and GEOTAB Telematics.
