\nSchedule: Variable shifts including evenings and nights (5x8 hour shifts). No weekends except during on-call rotation. Guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period. On-call rotation every 4 weeks for 1 week (6pm-midnight Monday-Friday, plus weekend call).

- 40-bed Critical Access Hospital with Epic charting system \n
- Assignment length flexible: 13 or 26 weeks based on candidate preference \n
- Comprehensive skill set including Blood Bank, chemistry panels, COVID/Flu testing, and urinalysis \n
- Facility-provided housing (1-bedroom apartment) and rental vehicle for duration of assignment \n
- Free parking and block scheduling options available \n
- Float opportunities within scope to meet facility needs \n
Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of Medical Laboratory Technician experience required \n
- ASCP MLT or MLS certification required \n
- BLS certification preferred \n
- Epic charting system experience required \n
- Proficiency in Blood Bank procedures, chemistry panels (CMP, CPC), COVID/Flu testing, and urinalysis \n
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location \n
- Valid state license (pending licenses may be considered; processing takes 10-12 weeks) \n
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years \n
- Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declinations not accepted) \n
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with rental car coverage \n
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) \n
- First-time travelers not accepted for this position \n
