A travel ADON is needed for a 13‑week assignment in Mandan, ND. This role supports leadership within a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility and requires a nurse with strong clinical oversight skills, familiarity with regulatory standards, and the ability to guide staff in a fast‑paced LTC/SNF environment. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of ADON or nursing leadership experience and is comfortable managing daily operations, staffing support, and resident care coordination.

Candidates must have BLS, an active North Dakota RN license or compact, and LTC/SNF experience.

Please note: Permanent address must be more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for the full travel rate; otherwise, the pay package will be reduced.
